We'll be in touch with you as soon as we can and let you know what will happen next. We'll try to resolve your complaint within 3 working days of receipt – if we’re unable to do this we will write to you acknowledging that we have received your complaint and the next steps that will be taken. For more complex issues it's likely that we will need longer to look into what's happened and we may ask you for further information to help us reach a decision. We'll give you regular updates. And once we've dealt with your complaint, we'll go back and see what we can learn from your experience. If you're unhappy with the outcome you may ask the Hong Kong Companies Registry (CR) to carry out an independent review of your complaint. In any event, you have the right to ask the Registry to review your complaint if we've been unable to resolve it within 8 weeks.

if you are unsure whether the CR will consider your complaint, please contact them directly for advice. The services provided by the CR is free of charge and impartial, any contact with them at any stage of your complaint may not affect your legal right.

Each offering will have different specific rules which may vary from immediate liquidation to passing to the estate, until the next liquidation window. The specifics of each offering in the case of the holder's death will be stipulated in the offering document.

Yes, we accept investors all around the world except U.S. corporations. Pleast note that we only accept corporate investors. 

In order to invest via this platform, you must be categorised as a 'client' for regulatory purposes. All investors are required to successfully complete the 'Appropriateness Test'.

All Hong Kong investors using this platform are eligible to file a complaint to the Securities and Futures Commission.

Different regulations apply in different regions and before being able to invest you will be asked to confirm that you meet the eligibilty requirements in your particular region.

No, investments made through DYN Limited are private.

Information on selling or giving your investment to someone else is available in each product offering.

DYN Limited will review any possible Conflicts of Interest that could harm investors and manage or eliminate these conflicts if and when they arise.

When you invest or top up your wallet, funds should be transferred to 'DYN Limited'. DYN Limited holds client monies in segregated accounts. DYN Limited (Firm Reference Number 603332) is authorised and regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission Hong Kong. The transfer details will be available at the time of investing.

There are no fees payable by clients for making an investment through the ifundtrust platform. DYN Limited receive fees from the issuers and this does not have an impact on the amount invested nor the target interest received.

Investments in the opportunities presented on the DYN Limited platform carry high risks as well as the possibility of high rewards. It is consequently very speculative. As an investor, you should be aware that no established market exists for the trading of investments represented by DYN Limited. There could be difficulty in selling your investment at a reasonable price and, in some circumstances, it may be difficult to sell them at any price.

We may not deduct any tax from your interest income. You may declare income according to respective tax law of your own country.

We guarantee 8% annual return, distributed each quarter. You may check your online statement of account for balance. There is a discretionary bonus at each year end.

A loan note is a legally binding agreement which evidences the existence of a debt between a borrower (Issuer) and one or more Lenders (Noteholder(s)) and the promise by the Issuer to repay the amounts outstanding under the Loan Note to the Noteholder(s). It provides details such as the loan amount, repayment dates and terms and method of security of the loaned funds.

The minimum investment will vary for each individual offering. It usually starts with USD10,000 or equivalent. The minimum investment amount will be stated on the offer documentation. Whilst some offerings may be open to Restricted Investors, others may be strictly for Sophisticated or professional type investors.

You can lose all the money you invested but nothing more.

DYN Limited is guaranteed by HAB Management Limited, which is regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. (SFC license no. BPK 561). This allows DYN Limited the appropriate permissions to invest in equity and debt investments in a fully compliant and regulated manner.

Bond investment is not risk-free. There is a risk that if the underlying bond defaults, or if there is a delay in realizing the asset, then the security may not be sold for enough to cover the capital, or may result in delayed repayment of investors’ money.

DYN Limited will review any possible Conflicts of Interest that could harm investors and manage or eliminate these conflicts if and when they arise.

Funds invested through DYN Limited
Each individual project is ring-fenced and your funds would be invested in a debt investment outside DYN Limited – so you should think of DYN Limited as the transactional processor and not the end holder of your monies, as your monies will have been invested directly in the debt instrument.

Any funds that are held in your wallet 
This is a separate client money bank account held by DYN Limited. The monies are monitored by renowned accountants, and they are separated from the monies of DYN Limited. It will be returned to investors in the event of DYN Limited falling into financial distress. At no point do DYN Limited handle client money.

A security trustee is in place solely for the benefit of the investor. A security trustee will have a floating charge over all the assets of the issuer. In the event of any default of capital repayment or interest they can step in to sell assets to meet repayments. The Trustee will also normally act in protecting the assets over which it holds charge.
